Apple Orders for CU Departments
This page is for official University of Colorado departmental orders using departmental funds only.

If you are interested in purchasing Apple products for Departmental or use with Departmental funds, please follow these directions:
- Please first visit our web store to see the selection we carry in-store. You can view our stock of Apple notebooks here, our stock of Apple desktops here, and Apple accessories here. If it is an item we carry in the store, you may visit us in person or call us at 303-492-3431, or toll free at 800-255-9168, to place an order.
- If you seek Apple items that we do not stock, such as custom configured Apple computers, please continue to the next section. Please note, through this particular process we will only order Apple-brand items.
If you seek Apple items that we do not stock in-store, please follow this proposal procedure:
- Please choose the appropriate link for your campus: (link will open in a new window)

- Use the newly opened browser window to make your selection(s) by adding them to the Cart.
- Once your have finished choosing, click on the Cart icon in the upper right of the window.
- Please review your choices. Note that the pricing listed is Apple's education price. It does not include any additional discounts that the CU Book Store will give. Once you are satisfied with your choices, please click the green button labeled "Create proposal".
- At this point you will need to provide your Apple ID, or create a new one if you do not have one already. Your Apple ID gives you easy access to many Apple services, including this proposal system.
- Once you have logged in with your Apple ID, please fill out the form to finalize your proposal.
- Where the form asks the "Purchasing Agent's Email Address" please enter "charles.johnson@colorado.edu".
- You may add additional email addresses to receive copies of the proposal.
- You may also add helpful notes to the CU Book Store buyer in the "Comments" section if you desire.
- Once you have filled out the form, click the green "Continue" button at the bottom. That's it! You will soon receive an email copy of the proposal with an Apple Web Proposal number. A CU Book Store buyer will contact you within one business day of receiving the proposal to confirm the order.
